Challenge

The office designed for Controle aims to establish itself as a leader in sustainability. With the update of LEED criteria to version 4, the certification has become more rigorous and the sustainability requirements more comprehensive. In this context, the Controle project aims to be one of the first LEED v4 certifications in Brazil.

Mitsidi Performance

Responsible for carrying out energy and comfort simulations to ensure the performance of the final building and verify this performance against certification requirements.

Results

The project guarantees excellent thermal and energy performance in the hot climate of Governador Valadares, with the potential to be the first LEED v4 certification in Brazil.
